I will offer medically sound parenting advice not only on issues your children have but on issues you may be struggling with as a parent. 

From potty training to temper tantrums, anxiety issues and mood disorders, I’ve seen just about everything in my 30+ years of medical practice. I know this: No issue is too big to be resolved. So roll up your sleeves!

The Meeker Parenting Community provides courses that offer tools for parents to cultivate a healthy home and kids.

I have created a system to help you parent using your own style and handle almost any issue that arises with your child.

This method follows the W.H.A.T pneumonic. It allows you to understand your child and become a stronger, more confident parent. This will help you make decisions with ease that will positively affect your child’s future. 

What is the W.H.A.T Method?

W stands for why - 

Why is your child throwing toys at you, having meltdowns, not wanting to go to school, or saying “I hate you” when she’s 12? 

H stands for how - 

How will you respond in tough situations according to your parenting beliefs? Many parents don’t know what their parenting/life principles are, so I will help you figure out yours!

A stands for action - 

Once you think you understand your child’s behavior, decide how you want to respond, then you can take action with confidence.

T is for time - 

Everything about good parenting takes time.
